What I meant when I said pages stuck in the 90s, I meant they were one-off pages/features that are disconnected from everything else. It's not just about the visual appearance. The problem that eBay has is that they are stuck between system overhauls to adapt to the growing number of users and features on the platform over the years. But that's not what we are seeing with eBay. If it works then there's no need to change or add fluff. That was created back in the 1980s and has seen very few modifications. Old works just fine, the banking industry is built on the ISO8583 for sending transaction details.
